You may have noticed some strange bodies lying around Langley’s halls in the past couple of weeks. The cast of “Twelve Angry Men” and “Twelve Angry Women” publicized their upcoming production of the play by taping outlines of bodies on school walls and floors. These adhesive advertisements express the drama of the play, which is centered on a murder trial, in a unique and creative way. “They talk a lot about the position of the body and the way it’s found [in the play],” said drama teacher Phyliss Jaffe.
Langley students have performed this show once before and Mrs. Jaffe says, “It’s one of the few times where students seemed riveted.” So come out and see “Twelve Angry Women” on Feb. 16 and 18 as well as “Twelve Angry Men” on Feb. 17 and 19.
