Thirteen seniors in the Langley Choir were selected to join the Virginia Music Educators Association‘s (VMEA) Honors Choir, along with 118 students from across the state. Langley has the highest number of students in the state for the third year in a row.
Kushali Marwaha, Amelia Welch, Beth Richardson, Emily Gurian, Brian Niu, Alfred Lam, Craig McKenzie, John Higgins, Grant Brown, Ben Yang, Andrew Jones, Jesse Levine and Sam Mayman were all selected to join the choir.
The students will go to Hot Springs, Virginia for a rehearsal on Nov. 15-17. The VMEA Honors Choir will then perform at The Homestead at the VMEA In-Service Conference Event.
