After a round of student recommendations, the list of books nominated to become the 2012-2013 Langley Read has been narrowed down to five books. The choices are:

1.       A Time of Miracles by Anne Laure Bondoux

2.       King Peggy by Eleanor Herman

3.       The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

4.       The Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls

5.       The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot
