Bomb Threat Closes McLean High School
According to Fairfax County Police and FCPS, McLean High School has officially closed for the day after a bomb threat hit the school Monday morning. WUSA reports that while initially students were evacuated to the football fields, officials made the decision to officially close the school soon after the reported threat at 8 A.M. FCPS has announced that all students are safe as of 9 A.M.
Students are now being sent home, with buses soon to arrive, and the Fairfax County Police is investigating the incident. FCPS will provide more updates from their twitter account throughout the day.
