The Langley Graduating Class of 2013, their parents, teachers, administrators, and guests packed DAR Constitution Hall on Thursday for the 2013 Langley Graduation Ceremony.
Amb. Henry Crumpton, the former head of the CIA’s National Resources Division and the leader of the United States’ response to the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks, was the keynote speaker and addressed the Class of 2013’s contributions to the Langley Community.
The Principal’s Service Awards went to Margaret Rosie Mahoney and Zach Dailey for their work on Langley’s Relay For Life in April and their contributions to the school throughout the last four years.
The Principal’s Award went to Senior Class President Natalie Rasmus.
Cameron Ayoub was awarded the Faculty Award by Assistant Principal Fred Amico.
The Langley Band along with the Langley Madrigals performed at the ceremony.
Graduates from the Class of 2013 will now attend the “All Night Grad Party,” which will be held at Langley from 11 pm Thursday until 5 am Friday morning.
