The Varsity Boys Basketball Team and the Varsity Girls Basketball Team both fell to the McLean Highlanders at their Friday night games held at Langley.

Varsity Girls fell 27-44 at their 5:30pm game.

Boys were defeated after an agonizingly close game that ended up tied, 32-32, at the end of regulation time. McLean went on to win 45-36 in overtime after a turn of events that was similar to last season’s home McLean game held on Feb. 8 where the Saxons were defeated by McLean in overtime, 35-42.

The Lady Saxons’ next game is on Dec. 17 vs Fairfax HS and will be held at 7:30pm at Fairfax.

The Boys Varsity Team’s next opponent is also Fairfax HS and they will face off on Dec. 17 at 7:30pm at Langley.
